Prepare Monthly Forecast Accuracy reports on multiple: part numbers, product lines, and business.

Facilitate the Business Process Mailbox for product, location, and customer intersections in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and manage the creation of new PN locations as well as migration of sources.

Collaborate with stakeholders and the demand team to identify new information and key factors to consider from the initiation of the demand planning cycle to demand planning consensus.

Stay updated on both short and long-term business goals, financial targets, industry trends, best practices, and barriers impacting the business and utilize the information to align effectively with the demand team on cycle-by-cyle or in-cycle forecast changes in IBP.

Lead the data-collection, identification, and analysis of demand trends, changes, and ongoing forecasts while comparing to the historical data to have the overview of demand planning gaps for review by the demand team.

Highlight opportunities and lead data enrichment practices to improve data quality and reliability of the demand planning statistical data in SAP IBP.

Promote and utilize the SAP IBP tool in collaboration with IT teams for enhancement of demand planning activities and data accessibility for improved S&OP planning engagement.
What your background should look like:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

SAP (or other ERP software) – 5-7 years
-
SAP Integrated Business Planning software (or other demand planning software) – 5-7 years
-
Understanding of MRP – 5-7 years
-
Planning and experience in Demand Forecasting – 5-7 years
-
Experience with data management, reporting, and analysis using tools at least using Excel VLOOKUP and Pivot function, better if with experience on Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, or other automation tools

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Needs to be detail-oriented with given importance to accuracy

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams and stakeholders

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and following drumbeats and deadlines effectively
- Must have relevant experience managing a team; open to Supervisory candidate willing to step up as a Team Leader; the role will manage 2 Replenishment Planners and will be reporting to the TE Operating Advantage Manager

Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet necessary deadlines, and travel when necessary.

Able to modify working hours to accommodate global time zones.
